Juneteenth! Here are the Facts!

‘Junteenth!’ What exactly is this holiday? How did it start? And what does it mean? These are a few questions this tidbit seeks to answer. To begin, ‘Juneteenth’ has been publicly presented as the ‘end of slavery in America’ to ‘the July 4th of Black people!’ and everything in between. Here are the facts!
In 1787, Congress passed the Northwest Ordinance, which in Article 6 forbade slavery, allowing  Ohio(1803), Indiana(1816), Illinois(1818), Michigan(1837), and Wisconsin(1848), to enter the Union as ‘free’ states. Because of the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and the N.W. Ordinance, slavery was being slowly abolished in America.
After President Thomas Jefferson purchased the Louisiana Territory in 1803, the ‘Democrat Party’ wanted lands that would be added to the ever-growing nation, which would be added as pro-slavery, so they began passing laws to that effect.
In 1850, Democrats passed the Fugitive Slave Act, which made for the capture and return of any runaway slaves who had escaped to the North free states. This was a disaster for Blacks because Southern slave catchers would often grab free Blacks in the North and unlawfully force them back into slavery in the South. Many blacks fled to Canada as a result of this horrendous law. Many blacks fled to Canada as a result of this horrendous law.
In 1854, Democrat Senator Stephen Douglas of Illinois convinced Democrat President Franklin Pierce, to sign the Kansas-Nebraska Act, with the result of further strengthening slavery. Democrats flooded into the Kansas Territory, and a mini-war broke out between pro-slavery Democrats and anti-slavery advocates, creating what is historically called “Bleeding Kansas”!
In the same year of 1854, the Republican party was born, created by its opposition to slavery and its expansion as promoted in the passage of Douglas’ Kansas-Nebraska Act. The first Republican Party Platform included 9 Planks, four of which were anti-slavery!!! I repeat, there was no Republican party before 1854!*
On March 6, 1857, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled 7-2 against freeing Dred Scott from slavery. Democrat Chief Justice Rodger Taney wrote the opinion: “They (Blacks) had for more than a century before been regarded as beings of an inferior order, and altogether unfit to associate with the white race, either in social or political relations; and so far inferior, that they had no rights which the white man was bound to respect; and that the negro might justly and lawfully be reduced to slavery for his benefit.” (FYI, all seven justices who ruled against Dred Scott were Democrats from the south).
On April 12, 1861, the Civil War exploded! A discerning soul will notice the digression above, beginning with 1787’s Northwest Ordinance down to the Dred Scott case. Charles Kaufman said, “If you don’t see the divine Hand behind the scenes, history becomes an incomprehensible enigma.” Allow me to help you. After the Northwest Ordinance passed in 1787, because Democrats were re-imposing slavery back on the nation, in the Judgment of God—He permitted the Civil War!!!
On August 12, 1861, President Abraham Lincoln proclaimed a National Day of Fasting and Prayer: “"It is fit and becoming in all people at all times to acknowledge and revere the supreme government of God, to bow in humble submission to His chastisements, to confess and deplore their sins and transgressions in the full conviction that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and to pray with all fervency and contrition for the pardon of their past offenses ... to humble ourselves before Him and to pray for His mercy -- to pray that we may be spared further punishment, though most justly deserved ... I do earnestly recommend to all the people ... that the united prayer of the nation may ascend to the Throne of Grace."
On January 1, 1863, after a turbulent year of war, and wavering on his promises throughout 1862, Lincoln finally issued “the Emancipation Proclamation,” which freed all Black slaves in the Confederate states. Lincoln declared:  “The time for the annunciation of the emancipation policy can no longer be delayed. Public sentiment will sustain it, many of my warmest friends and supporters demand it, and I have promised God that I will do it." "I made a solemn vow before God that if General Lee were driven back from Pennsylvania, I would crown the result by the declaration of freedom to the slaves."
The Emancipation Proclamation stated: "I, Abraham Lincoln, President of the United States, by virtue of the power in me vested as Commander-in-Chief ...do, on the FIRST DAY OF JANUARY, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three ... publicly proclaim ... that ... persons held as slaves ... are, and henceforward shall be, free ...And I hereby enjoin upon the people so declared to be free to abstain from all violence ... and ... labor faithfully for reasonable wages...And upon this act ... I invoke ... the gracious favor of Almighty God."
Lincoln proclaimed a second National Day of Fasting to be observed on April 30, 1863:
"We have forgotten God. We have forgotten the gracious Hand which preserved us ... and we have vainly imagined, in the deceitfulness of our hearts, that all these blessings were produced by some superior wisdom and virtue of our own. Intoxicated with unbroken success, we have become too self-sufficient to feel the necessity of redeeming and preserving grace, too proud to pray to the God that made us ...Let ... the united cry of the nation will be heard on high and answered with blessing no less than the pardon of our national sins and the restoration of our now divided and suffering country."
On April 8, 1864, the 13th Amendment to abolish slavery was passed in the U.S. Senate. On January 31, 1865, the 13th Amendment passed the House. Although it was unnecessary, Lincoln signed the 13th Amendment on February 8, 1865. Please note the dates!
The Civil War ended on April 9, 1865. Please note the dates!!!
On June 19, 1865, Union General Gordon Granger traveled to Galveston, Texas, and announced to the slaves in that area that they were free!!!
On June 19, 2021, President Joe Biden signed the ‘Juneteenth National Independence Day Act’, commemorating June 19th as a national holiday. The words “National” and “Independence” imply this legislation was designed to grant a ‘national independence’?!?!? But if that is true, the question is: ‘a national independence’ for whom?
To the contrary, if the 'Juneteenth National Independence Day Act' is true:
1.What did the Emancipation Proclamation do on January 1, 1863? Because of President Lincoln's authority, it freed slaves by fiat!

2.What did the Civil War do? For example, when the Union army attacked and took the city of New Orleans in 1862, the slaves of that area fled their plantations to hide behind the Union lines because they knew if the Union won the war---they would be free!! Did Juneteenth free the New Orleans slaves? Is New Orleans not "national"?

3.The 13th Amendment was specifically crafted to abolish the enslavement of Blacks in America! The Senate passed the 13th Amendment in 1864---over a full year prior to June 19, 1865!! The House passed the 13th Amendment in February of 1865…a full four months prior to June 19, 1865!! Was the 13th Amendment national? Was it about independence?

4.The end of the Civil War marked the literal end of slavery in America, which is the reason Union General Gordon Granger traveled to Galveston, Texas to announce to the slaves they had already been freed. If a mailman gives you a letter informing you that your uncle died and willed you a million dollars, the mailman’s only responsibility is to hand you the letter!!! He didn’t give you the money! The letter, like Granger’s announcement, was only a notification of a previous action.

5. There are Blacks who argue that July 4th is for Whites and ‘Juneteenth’ for Blacks! The fact is, June 19, 1865, did not free even one slave!!

6.If Juneteenth is a Black holiday, then you must give credit to a White man—General Gordon Granger- for its creation!!!**

In conclusion, July 4th is for all Americans--both Black, White, and every other ethnicity!! Why? Because it was the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob Who freed the Black slaves!!!
If you want to help people, you tell them the truth. If you want to help yourself, you tell them what they want to hear! -Thomas Sowell

*In other words, Democrats enslaved Blacks in America…not Republicans! Only God can explain ‘how’ the vast majority of Blacks today fill the Democrat party, even though Democrats enslaved Blacks in America!!
**Sounds a lot like Black Lives Matter, which was created by three Black lesbian women, who repeatedly testified that they were “Trained Marxists”! So…you have a Black organization—BLM, supposedly created to help Black people, whose leaders were trained by a White man named Eric Mann, in the doctrine of another White man, Karl Marx…in order to help Black people!?!?!?
However, what’s even worse is that Karl Marx was a Satanist, who was racist against Black people!!!
This kind of irrational thinking is the effect that racism has on the human mind and spirit!

In conclusion, 14K gold definitely holds value in most global markets. While it's not the purest form, its mix of durability, gold content, and widespread use makes it a desirable material for both jewelry lovers and gold buyers.
