Why I Am NOT A Democrat-8: ‘Hitler’s American Model’?!?!

The official race policy of the Nazis considered Germans to be Aryans* declaring themselves as ‘THE’ superior race, and accordingly all other races were thus inferior with special emphasis placed on the inferiority of Jews!
Before Adolf Hitler came to power in Germany in 1933, the Nazis had already begun building and filling concentration camps with Jews and others they deemed as “undesirables.” They soon realized that they had violated the age-old proverb of putting ‘the cart-before-the-horse’ when they hadn’t first defined or answered the question of “What is a Jew?”
Therefore, it was decided to organize an official committee to create what they called “The Nuremberg Race Laws.”  The purpose of this was to codify their ideas about race as the necessary first step toward fulfilling Hitler’s vision of annihilating European Jewy.
In James Q. Whitman’s seminal work ‘Hitler’s American Model’, he writes,
“In the late 1920’s and early 1930’s many Nazis, including not least Hitler himself, took a serious interest in the racist legislation of the United States. Indeed in Mein Kampf Hitler praised America as nothing less than “the one state” that had made progress toward the creation of a healthy racist order of the kind the Nuremberg Laws were intended to establish.”2*

Although Hitler commended America for its progress toward a racial state that the Nazis desired to create for themselves; they were yet unaware of any detailed precedents for such a state; and therefore assumed there were none. However, because they had already begun the action of rounding up Jews, they needed to find an immediate philosophical legal basis as their first step toward their ‘Final Solution.’
However, after their initial research began, the Nazi scholars brought together to create “The Nuremberg Race Laws” quickly uncovered the existence of precedents they so desperately desired.
On June 5, 1934, Roland Freisler, who was the secretary of the Nazi Ministry of Justice released their initial findings:
“This jurisprudence would suit us perfectly, with a singly
              exception. Over there they have
 in mind, practically speaking,
only coloreds and half-coloreds, which includes mestizos

and mulattoes; but the Jews, who are also of interest to us, are
              not reckoned among the
 coloreds”3*
To what perfect “jurisprudence” was Freisler referring?  Incredibly, he referenced the laws of slavery in the American South! In other words, and I repeat, the Nuremberg Committee assembled to determine the definition of a Jew to ultimately establish a racial German state began their official research by studying the slave laws of the American South!!!
In his book ‘Death of a Nation’, author  Dinesh D’Souza  references Whitman’s work ‘Hitler’s American Model’ confirming Freisler’s opinion:
“Whitman’s documentation is thorough. He even has the records
              of the Nuremberg
meetings, showing how the Nazis basically
took the Democratic laws, crossed out the
word “black”, wrote
in the word “Jew” and had their work largely done for them.”4*

On the very next page of ‘Death of a Nation’, D’Souza continues,
“Whitman a progressive (a euphemism for liberal) legal scholar, is
also reluctant to assign blame where it is due. He talks about
“American white supremacy,” “American racism”, “American law”,
and “American influence on the Nuremberg Laws. Surely he
knows that the Democratic laws were bitterly contested under
the nation’s two-party system. Yes, there were anti-
miscegenation laws in a couple of Republican states, but
America, in general, didn’t do this...the Democrats did. Yet as
the very title of Whitman’s book suggests, he resorts to the
familiar tactic of blaming America---not the Democratic party--
           for inspiring Nazi policies.”5*

Furthermore, I find it ironic, but not shocking, that Dr Eddie Glaude, a distinguished ‘Black’ ‘professor of African American Studies’ at the prestigious Princeton University, and author of ‘Democracy in Black’ endorses Whitman’s book. He glowingly writes, “This is a critical book for our difficult times. Whitman forces us to see America through Nazi eyes and to realize how profoundly white supremacy has shaped this country. Chilling in its details, the unsettling insights of ‘Hitler’s American Model’ jump from every page. A must read!”
   Of course, through his words,
             1.“Whitman forces us to see America through Nazi eyes”;
             2. “to realize how profoundly white supremacy has shaped this

country”
… Dr Glaude follows Whitman’s path by applying his shocking discovery to America rather than the Democrat party, who created every slave law the Nazis considered!!!!

Allow me to make this perfectly clear! Who created the slave laws of the South which the Nazis used as templates? While the liberal Whitman and his contemporary Democrat acolytes like to answer with a resounding “White Racism!!!” Whiteness!!!” “White Supremacy!!!” “White People!!!  These are simply half-truths! Tragically, and F.Y.I.--a half-truth + a half-truth= a whole lie!! In reality, and I emphatically repeat, the Nazis used Democrat laws created in the antebellum South as their models to create a racial state resulting in the slaughter of 6 million Jews!!
In short, and in review, contrary to James Whitman (and Dr Eddie Glaude), it was not ‘American law’ that served as ‘Hitler’s American Model’, inspiring the Nuremberg Laws to define a Jew; neither was it ‘White people’ who created the racist laws enslaving Black people in the American South, but ‘Democrat White people!!!

*Interestingly, Hitler never defined Ayran!!
